President Donald Trump issued an unsmiling warning to bureaucrats on Tuesday, ordering that leaders of presidency businesses start to be “radically clear” about spending.
The White Home revealed a memo entitled “Radical Transparency About Wasteful Spending” on Tuesday afternoon, directed on the heads of govt departments and businesses.
The memo begins by arguing that the American authorities “spends an excessive amount of cash on packages, contracts, and grants that don’t promote the pursuits of the American folks.”

Trump continued the memo by ordering that each one heads of govt departments and businesses should “take all applicable actions to make public, to the utmost extent permitted by legislation…the whole particulars of each terminated program, cancelled contract, terminated grant, or some other discontinued obligation of Federal funds.”
