Snoop Dogg seems to be dropping his beef with Donald Trump.
The rapper, in an interview with The Sunday Times this weekend, seemingly has modified his tune on the previous president.
“He ain’t performed nothing flawed to me. He has performed solely nice issues for me. He pardoned Michael Harris,” Snoop stated. “So I’ve nothing however love and respect for Donald Trump.”
Harris co-founded Demise Row Data, which launched Snoop’s iconic “Doggystyle” album in 1993.
Trump pardoned Harris in 2021 after he was imprisoned for drug trafficking and tried homicide, The New York Times reported.
The California rapper, after Trump granted clemency to Harris, advised The New York Post that the previous president “did some nice, work.”
The hip-hop legend hasn’t shied away from Trump criticism over time as he notably aimed a gun at a “Ronald Klump” clown within the music video for the track “Lavender (Dusk Remix).”
Snoop, in a 2017 interview with Billboard, criticized Trump for the journey ban “that this motherfucker tried to place up” and “police with the ability to kill motherfuckers and get away with it.”
