AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT
OF CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
follows:
Your affiant, Mark A. Thomas, being first duly sworn, does hereby depose and state as
Introduction
1. I’m employed as a Particular Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”),
and have been so employed for roughly 20 years. In my duties as a Particular Agent, I’m
assigned to the FBI’s Miami Area Workplace, West Palm Seaside Resident Company. I’m presently
assigned to the Joint Terrorism Process Drive. As a Particular Agent, I’m approved by regulation or by a
authorities company to interact in or supervise the prevention, detention, investigation, or
prosecution of violations of Federal legal regulation.

I make this Affidavit in help of a legal criticism charging RYAN WESLEY
ROUTH (hereinafter, “ROUTH”), with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation
of Title 18, United States Code, Part 922(g)(1), and possession and receipt of a firearm with an
obliterated serial quantity, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Part 922(okay).
3. The information contained on this Affidavit come from my private information, coaching,
and expertise, in addition to data obtained through the investigation from different members of
regulation enforcement. As a result of this Affidavit is submitted for the restricted objective of acquiring a
legal criticism and arrest warrant, it doesn’t include all of the information identified to me concerning the
investigation, however somewhat, solely these information I imagine are obligatory to determine possible trigger for the
offenses described above.
