“I used to be impressed to serve by my father, who advised me, ‘4 years within the navy is not going to damage you.’ 4 years was 4 many years, surrounded by the best service members and civilians from throughout our Nation,” Brown posted to LinkedIn.
Brown wrote that it was his “distinct honor” to finish his navy profession as Joint Chiefs chairman and that he used his place to deal with warfighting, modernization and belief.
