Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday swiped at President Donald Trump with a nod to Jordon Hudson, Invoice Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend. (Watch the video under.)
In a monologue that taunted Trump’s first 100 days in workplace, “The Tonight Present” host mentioned Trump kicked off a media blitz “that the White Home is framing as a victory lap.”
“Now all he wants is a victory,” Fallon cracked.
“You’ll be able to inform Trump simply desires to deal with the positives,” the comic continued. “Right this moment when requested about his tariffs that tanked the financial system, he mentioned, ‘To cite Invoice Belichick’s girlfriend, we’re not speaking about this.’”
Hudson raised eyebrows by interrupting a CBS Information interview with these actual phrases when the legendary coach was requested about the place they met. It was not the only time she interfered, apparently.
In equity to the president, he has his personal method of coping with media members he disagrees with. After he was fact-checked by ABC Information’ Terry Moran on Tuesday, he sniffed:
“Hey, they’re providing you with the massive break of a lifetime. … I picked you as a result of, frankly, I by no means heard of you, however that’s OK. … However I picked you, Terry. However you’re not being very good.”
