In North Dakota, former Cass County Sheriff’s Deputy Darin Viken has been charged with six counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct associated to his function as coordinator of the county’s 24-7 sobriety program. This system, which might be mandated as a situation of bond or probation for crimes during which medicine or alcohol performed an element, requires each day drug and alcohol testing. Viken is accused of harassing ladies in this system. He was fired in July after the North Dakota Bureau of Felony Investigation started its investigation.
